How our journey began

How this heart-wrenching journey began.

On a beautiful sunny day on March 13th, 2019 my mummy went for her 20-week scan. She was alone but she had me guiding her every step of the way. You see my mummy she had a deep feeling something was not right that very day.

Sitting waiting for her name to be called she sat waiting with an air of fear and worry. MISS CLARK, she heard she went in and the sonographer took a little too long. My mummy knew her deep feeling something wrong was about to become a reality and not just some thought process in her head that every expecting parent normally goes through during pregnancy. That feeling of anxiousness and worry turned into fear and a deep gut-wrenching feeling everything was about to come crashing down.

IT DID.

My mummy is going to start a Bio on me and her journey with CHD, Oh did I not say my name is ZEN and I had a warrior's heart.

Look out for our blogs for further information on what we went through. It was hard for my mummy, but she remained strong you see my mummy she has a lion’s heart.
